This is the third of three introductory workbooks covering the basics of using a computer. All three workbooks are downloadable for those who have yet to develop confidence in using IT. It is envisaged that Union Learning Reps will help members work through these books and help them to gain the confidence to use the other courses on this site – such as the IT courses from GCF Global, which offer a really user-friendly next step.
