As trade unionists, we help each other to discover and develop the skills and potential within us all.
Development includes both enhancing our existing skills and acquiring new ones.
It will include taking the type of courses and workshops you can find on the education section of this site but it also includes building the confidence, relationships and understanding that we need to achieve our goals.
