• Increasing awareness of gender inequality and intersectional barriers faced by women in the workplace and wider society.
• Building confidence to share experiences, ideas, and perspectives in a supportive and inclusive networking environment.
• Strengthening networking and relationship building skills, including peer support across regions, roles, and backgrounds.
• Identifying ways trade unions can challenge discrimination, promote women’s activism, and support collective action.
• Reflecting on how collective actions can contribute to positive change for women at work and in the union.
