Learning at Work Week, Day 7: Free Courses with OpenLearn

OpenLearn is Open University’s free learning platform. They offer over 900 free courses, topical articles, videos, quizzes and interactive games covering a wide range of subjects, including;

• Money & Business
• Education & Development
• Health, Sports & Psychology
• History & The Arts
• Languages
• Nature & Environment
• Science, Maths & Technology
• Society, Politics & Law
• Digital & Computing

Courses do not have a start and end date, so you can work through them at your own pace, at a time that suits you.

If you sign up and create an account you can track your progress and work towards a statement of participation or, in some cases, a digital badge. These are downloadable from your OpenLearn Profile and can be used to show what you have learned, shared on social media and displayed in LinkedIn or other eportfolio platforms.
