CWU Train 2nd Cohort of Sexual Harassment Awareness Trainers

The CWU has successfully completed training for its second cohort of Sexual Harassment Awareness Trainers, marking another major step in strengthening our unionwide approach to preventing and challenging sexual harassment in the workplace.

The sessions combined practical tutordevelopment with indepth work on understanding, identifying and responding to sexual harassment — ensuring our trainers are equipped with the skills, confidence and knowledge to support representatives across every region we represent.

Kate Hudson, CWU Head of Equality, Education & Development, said: “Our aim is to build confidence amongst CWU reps, and to demonstrate that the CWU is fully committed to tackling sexual harassment. This programme gives our trainers the tools, resources and support they need to drive real change in workplaces.”
