Equality Act “Super-Class”

The response of branches and regions to our The Equality Act 2010 and Casework Workshop has been really strong and on the back of this interest a “super-class” has been arranged at Birmingham & District Amal’s Summer Lane office on 22nd October 2025. The last “super-class” on Employment Tribunals and saw over 50 reps sign up and received really good feedback.

The workshop is designed to assist Representatives and Officials who have day-to-day dealings with disability related casework and is a mix of presentations with Q&A’s. The session will run for the whole day and will cover off a range of angles vital to preparing a successful case where there is a link to disability.

Applications should be made via the membership portal by 25th September 2025.
