Women In The CWU

This week the new “Women in the CWU” course was held at GFTU, Quorn Grange. Over the 3 days the sessions focused on past disputes that had been led by women, women’s lives in the world of work and the trade union movement and how we can set goals and achieve them.

Kate Hudson, Head of Equality, Education & Development said “The new style course went really well. It was great to meet new women that are stepping forward and getting involved in the CWU. We are now looking at running the course again later in the year”.
