Equality, Diversity & Inclusion

Equality, Diversity & Inclusion is a one-day workshop (two days in Northern Ireland) and was formally known as Fair & Equal.

This course is mandatory for all role holders within the CWU.

Subjects covered in the course include:

• Differences & Similarities
• Stereotyping & Prejudice
• Protected Characteristics & the Law
• Why Equality is a Trade Union Issue
• What if – we do nothing as a union
